In 2004, a total of 21,360 exploratory interviews were held with guests (2003: 13,773). These resulted in 3,155 visit restrictions (2003: 2,506). A total of 4,423 admission bans were imposed (2003: 3,780). Because a prevention policy is in place, these figures give no indication of the actual number of problem gamblers that exist. The number of persons seeking help for problem gambling from the official social services has now stabilized at approximately half that in 1995.
